No refunds will be provided for course purchases as the content is delivered digitally and accessible immediately after purchase.
3. Subscription Plans
For monthly and yearly subscription plans:
- No refunds for partial months or unused time
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings
- Cancellation stops automatic renewal but does not provide prorated refund
- Access continues until the end of the billing period
4. Test Papers & Study Materials
Digital test papers and study materials:
- All sales are final - digital items cannot be returned
- Once purchased, materials are accessible in your account
- No refund requests will be entertained after purchase
5. Mock Test Packages
Mock test packages and test series:
- No refunds for test packages once purchased
- Test attempts are recorded and cannot be reset
- Analytics and performance data are final
6. Counseling & Consultation Services
For paid counseling sessions:
- No refunds once the consultation session is scheduled
- Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled time
- No-shows will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling
- Technical issues on our end will result in free rescheduling
